Dane Cottage
This contract was to create a new build house set into a precipitous grounds. Site mobilisation needed carefully considering, prior to the construction phase and logistical planning for the project delivery, had to be reviewed at completion of each key stage of the programme.
The objective was to create a multifaceted economic home that accommodates future proofing for disability ingress. With full renewable technology, this property will essentially run entirely off grid, with minimal costs for long term living.
The project features make the building sit well within its environment and with great consideration, time and planning, the internal fixtures complement the clients requirements precisely.
